Frequently asked questions

What makes this different from the cheap pools?

Contention. Large budget pools resell the same IPs to thousands of people at once, so by the time you get an exit it has already been hammered against the retailers you care about. We keep the roster small, which is why our per-gigabyte price is higher and our success rate is too.

What's the difference between Core, Prime and Mobile?

Core ($2/GB) is a reliable residential pool for straightforward workloads where premium infrastructure isn’t required. Prime ($4/GB) is our flagship premium residential pool, for workloads that demand a higher standard of performance. Mobile ($4/GB) delivers the same performance tier as Prime through mobile IPs.

Does my bandwidth expire?

No. Purchased gigabytes stay on your account until you use them, with no monthly reset, as long as your account is in good standing (see our Terms of Service).

How is bandwidth measured?

Actual bytes transferred, request and response, measured upstream. Your account page shows your remaining balance and the last 30 days of usage for each pool.

Can I target a specific country?

Yes — country-level targeting on every pool. Targeting is encoded in the username, so switching countries doesn't mean switching endpoints.

How does getting access work?

What's not allowed?

Anything our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits, including automated checkout or cart bots, getting around purchase limits or queues, bulk account creation, credential stuffing, fraud, spam, DDoS, anything involving minors, and anything illegal. We monitor for abuse, and we may suspend or terminate accounts and deny refunds. This isn't a formality — abuse gets whole IP ranges burned, which costs every other customer on the network.

What's your refund policy?

You can request a refund for unused data within 7 days of purchase; data you've already used generally isn't refundable. If a pool isn't working as described, email support@ascendantproxies.com or open a ticket in our Discord and we'll investigate. Depending on the issue we may restore access, add data or refund you.
